• You assume full responsibility for understanding the risks associated with using blockchain technology and participating in DeFi activities, including liquidity mining, staking, and NFT investments.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vibrannium, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Any disputes or interactions with third-party services or blockchain networks, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, errors, or failures.

Vibrannium is not responsible for any loss of funds, data, or assets due to your use of the platform. All risks associated with blockchain transactions are assumed by the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Vibrannium, its affiliates, or its service providers be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Force Majeure

• Actively engaged in staking, liquidity mining, or any other platform activities, or
• Superficially participated in calls, forums, chats, or other discussions related to Vibrannium,

you are bound by this clause. Even passive or limited participation, such as joining community calls or engaging with our social media channels, subjects you to these terms.

13.3. Remedies for Breach

In the event that you violate this No Defamation Clause:

• Vibrannium reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies, including but not limited to:
• Filing a lawsuit for defamation, seeking compensatory, punitive, and any other applicable damages.
• Pursuing injunctive relief to prevent further defamatory statements or communications.
• You will be liable for all costs and damages associated with the harm caused to Vibrannium’s reputation, including but not limited to legal fees, damage to business relationships, and loss of profits.
• Vibrannium may terminate your access to the platform and community, revoke any rights or privileges granted to you, and pursue further legal action as necessary.
